Service Delivery Policy

Overview
FreeFlow Job provides digital job-application support services. We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally through the FreeFlow Job customer portal and related support channels.
How the Service Works
Users create an account and complete their job-search profile.
Users upload their resume and provide job preferences, locations, work authorization, and application instructions.
A trained Application Specialist reviews the submitted information.
FreeFlow Job searches for relevant job opportunities and applies on the user’s behalf based on their profile, resume, preferences, instructions, and available application balance.
Application activity and status updates are shown in the user portal.
Free Applications
The 10 free job applications are available only to users whose current residential address and physical location are in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or India. Eligibility is based on where you currently live, not your preferred job location.
Users living outside these countries must purchase a paid plan before FreeFlow Job begins searching for jobs and submitting applications on their behalf.
Eligible users can claim the offer once per account using FREEFLOW10, without purchasing a plan. After the free applications are used, users must purchase a paid plan to continue receiving application services. Offer may end without notice.
Customer-Submitted Job Links
Users may optionally submit job posting links through the user dashboard. Submitting job links is not required.
If a user does not submit job links, FreeFlow Job searches for relevant roles based on their profile and applies on their behalf using their available application balance.
If a user submits job links, FreeFlow Job may review those links first and then continue applying to other relevant jobs, unless the user has selected the option to apply only to their submitted jobs.
Service Start Time
Application services begin after the user completes the required profile information, uploads a valid resume, provides job preferences, and accepts the required authorization terms.
For paid plans, application services begin after successful payment confirmation and completion of these requirements.
Delivery Method
All services are delivered digitally. Customers can review their profile, application activity, status updates, plan details, payment status, cancellation status, and support requests through their customer portal.
Application Timing
Applications are submitted throughout the customer’s active service period. Timing and volume may depend on customer profile completeness, resume availability, job availability, application complexity, employer verification requirements, customer responsiveness, and remaining application balance.
Customer Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information, uploading an updated resume, reviewing their job preferences, responding to clarification or verification requests, and informing FreeFlow Job about changes to their employment status, work authorization, location preferences, contact information, or application instructions.
If a user chooses email forwarding, they are responsible for selecting an appropriate job-search email account and managing forwarding settings and filters through their email provider.
Email Verification, Forwarded Messages, and User Action
Some employer applications require account registration, confirmation links, one-time codes, email verification, phone verification, identity checks, security challenges, assessments, electronic signatures, or other user action.
Users may enable email forwarding so copies of incoming messages are delivered to the unique forwarding address shown in their Application inbox, according to their email-provider settings and filters. FreeFlow Job does not request or store the user’s external email password. Forwarding does not grant direct access to the user’s mailbox, existing emails, sent mail, drafts, contacts, or account settings.
The user’s assigned Application Specialist and authorized FreeFlow Job admins may access forwarded application messages through the portal and use employer confirmation links or one-time codes when reasonably necessary to complete or manage an application. Opening forwarded messages in the portal is logged.
When forwarding is not enabled, or an employer requires phone verification, an assessment, a personal response, an identity check, or another action only the user can complete, application progress may be delayed until the user completes the required step.
Users may disable Application inbox access through the portal. This blocks specialist and admin access there but does not change email-provider settings. To stop future forwarded messages, users must also disable forwarding and any applicable forwarding filters through their email provider and save those changes.
Disabling forwarding or portal inbox access may prevent completion of applications requiring email verification. It does not automatically delete previously received messages or cancel a paid subscription.
Remaining Balance After Cancellation
If a user cancels a subscription, future renewals stop. FreeFlow Job may continue applying to jobs using the remaining paid application balance through the already-paid billing period.
If the user wants FreeFlow Job to stop applying before the remaining paid application balance is used, they must submit a support request through the user dashboard.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
FreeFlow Job does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer responses, salaries, hiring outcomes, or employment.
