FreeFlow Interview AI Terms of Use

Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FreeFlow Interview AI browser extension, website, interview-assistance features, reports, trial access, and paid interview minutes (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by FreeFlow Job (“FreeFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What the Service does
FreeFlow Interview AI is a browser-based interview assistant. When you start a session and grant the requested permissions, the Service can process your microphone audio and the audio from the browser tab, window, or screen source you select. It may transcribe the conversation, detect interview questions, generate personalized answer suggestions, prepare likely follow-up prompts, and create an interview report.

Suggestions may use information you provide, including your résumé, target company, job title, job description, career field, additional context, and story bank. The Service does not attend an interview for you and does not replace your own judgment or communication.

3. Eligibility and accounts
· You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase interview minutes.
· You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
· You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without authorization.
· One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials or avoid usage limits.

4. Permission to record and transcribe
Recording and transcription laws differ by location and situation. Before capturing, transmitting, or transcribing another person’s voice, you are responsible for obtaining every permission or consent required by law, contract, employer policy, interview-platform rules, and professional or ethical obligations.

Do not use the Service in any interview or conversation where recording, transcription, or AI assistance is prohibited. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to disclose your use of the Service.

5. Browser and audio permissions
· Microphone permission allows the extension to receive your voice during a session.
· Desktop-capture permission allows Chrome to show a picker for a tab, window, or screen. The current Service processes the audio track from the source you select; it does not upload or analyze the visual content of your screen.
· A short microphone test may be used to confirm that Chrome can hear you. The microphone-test audio is not saved.
· You can stop sharing, pause the session, or end the interview at any time. Removing permission may prevent live features from working.

6. Your content
You retain ownership of the résumé, job information, stories, context, audio, transcript, and other materials you submit or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant FreeFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, format, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the right to provide Your Content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information that you are not authorized to use.

7. AI-generated suggestions
The Service uses automated systems to create transcripts, identify questions, and generate answer guidance. AI output can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular interview. You must review suggestions and decide what to say. Do not present invented qualifications, fabricated experience, or false claims as your own.

FreeFlow does not guarantee interview performance, an offer, employment, compensation, or any other result.

8. Trial and paid interview minutes
· Eligible users may receive one 10-minute free trial. No payment card is required for the trial.
· Current purchase options may include 90 minutes for $9.99, 150 minutes for $14.99, and 270 minutes for $24.99. Prices and packages shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.
· Paid minutes are added to your account and may be used across multiple interview sessions.
· If one minute balance is exhausted during a session, the Service may continue using the next available eligible balance without interrupting the session.
· Unused paid minutes expire 12 months after the applicable purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
· The Service currently offers one-time purchases, not a recurring subscription. There is no automatic renewal unless a future checkout clearly states otherwise and you expressly authorize it.

9. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment provider identified at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount and agree to its terms. FreeFlow does not receive or store your complete card or bank-account credentials. Taxes may be added where required.

10. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the FreeFlow Interview AI Refund Policy. Except where required by law, unused, partially used, or expired interview minutes are not refundable.

11. Acceptable use
You may not:
· use the Service unlawfully or without required notice, permission, or consent;
· misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employment history, education, certifications, or work;
· upload malware, interfere with the Service, probe its security, or bypass access, payment, or usage controls;
· copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to build a competing product except where law expressly permits;
· use automated methods to create accounts, obtain trials, or consume the Service at an unreasonable scale; or
· use the Service to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, contractual obligations, or applicable platform rules.

12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, AI processing, payments, and browser distribution. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party products or websites that we do not control.

13. Ownership
FreeFlow and its licensors own the Service, including its software, interface, branding, content, and underlying technology, excluding Your Content. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. “FreeFlow,” “FreeFlow Job,” “FreeFlow Interview AI,” and associated marks may not be used without permission.

14. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, maintain, restrict, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address security or operational risks. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary interruption.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Uninstalling the extension does not automatically delete your FreeFlow account or cloud-stored data. You may request account or data deletion through Support.

15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, income, data, goodwill, or employment outcomes arising from the Service. FreeFlow’s total liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

18. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

19. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@freeflowjob.com or through FreeFlow Interview AI Support.
